OneDrive client breaks when installing Provision Package

Good Afternoon All,

I have this bizarre issue where the OneDrive Client breaks when a provisioning package is installed. I have tried installing this on different OSes (Windows 10/11) different Tenancies, and also different methods (powershell, task sequence etc.) and also building new versions on different PCs using different PCs and it happens no matter what setting is applied in the package.
