Rollback Microsoft 365

Hello,

I am looking to roll back Microsoft 365. I have tried using the tools and methods that Microsoft recommends.

I am being presented an error that is saying that it is not able to search for updates when i get to the step of updating through an office app. Anyone have any other methods or ideas?
