No clue which tags to select. I am not a technology person. Apologies.
For months my ADO worked without issue. For a few weeks now, stories I create in my backlog won't transfer to the Board view. All is tagged appropriately. What I'm experiencing is an empty column and when I click on "Show More," I just get the spinning ball and it never loads. I've tried everything I can think of and researched online. Our company won't allow me to open a ticket for help until I reach out here. I would be so grateful for any ideas, please. Thanks.
