Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have setup direct routing with an AudioCodes SBC according to microsoft documentation.

We are having an issue with intermittent one way audio where Teams side cannot hear any sound.

We have found that RTP packets are send as they should from the SBC.

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

According to your description, we recommend that you double-check that the configuration is correct according to the documentation. Also, to troubleshoot Direct Routing issues administrators can run a diagnostic tool in the Microsoft 365 admin center to validate that a user is correctly configured for Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams.

    1. Select Run Tests below to populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Run Tests: Direct Routing
    2. In the Run diagnostic pane, enter the email of the user you want to test in the Username or Email field, and then select Run Tests.
    3. The test result will indicate whether the user is configured correctly for Direct Routing. If the user isn't configured correctly, the diagnostic will provide information on next steps that you can use to address issues with tenant, user, or policy configurations.

    Hello,

Could it be that your nat ip is not written on the C header of the SDP package?

If the sound goes from Audicodes to the teams client, but there is no sound from the teams client to the audiocodes, this may be the reason.
