Azure Stack Deployment Error Step 20

Question

Hi all
I am trying to install Azure Stack POC on a Windows 2016 VM in Azure. It has 32 cores and 256 RAM and 4 data disks. So meets requirements.
However I have tried multiple times and it keeps failing at this step during Configuration of Storage Cluster. Error is below:

I cannot post the error here as keep getting access denied so have attached the message in a txt file.

It is a AAD deployment.

Any hints?
