Besides the obvious issues with M$ Teams being a horrific rip-off of Skype, outdated (compare to Discord or Slack), slow, buggy, bloated, etc. M$ Teams worked "fine" for the most part, at least to be functional enough to use in a corporate setting. At least up until about a few months ago, a lot of critical features broke when an update was pushed to the M$ Teams desktop client for Linux and made scheduling a meeting impossible. The scheduler UI is completely broken and same goes for pop-out chats among other issues, such as chats not loading and sometimes requiring the client to be restarted completely. Now M$ states to use Teams as a PWA, what the heck is a PWA?
Where do I get this PWA?
PWAs are installable using Chromium-based browsers, whether mobile or desktop. Gecko doesn't support it without modifications to its runtime. You merely visit the URI of the site, then add it to your desktop from the context menu.

It really shows how much Microsoft loves Linux when they show so much neglect for the desktop versions of their app that are available on virtually any other platform. Kudos to Ismael Martinez for making the best of the situation and creating a usable wrapper around the web app. I've been stuck using the web app lately and it's been a terrible experience; every time I start up, it has to "upgrade" to the "new Teams" experience because that's what my organization uses. Hopefully Microsoft won't "accidentally" break this wonderful workaround.
Don't post entire comments as headings. It's not semantic for screen readers, and takes the entire screen.

What happened to the electron desktop app?
Teams for Linux desktop application has been retried in December, 2022.

Currently PWA does not support all the features like desktop app (if you mean desktop app for Windows).
I'm only interested in hearing from M$ developers who can resolve this issue.

This isn't feedback. I'm stating facts and asking a question. If you want to try to argue why M$ Teams isn't equivalent to a burning dumpster fire, I'd be happy to hold a public stream with Microsoft Developers and my team on Twitter. I'd also be happy to go through and point out every violation of user privacy that Microsoft is guilty of. Regardless of their very cryptic Privacy Policy that virtually anyone who is not an attorney does not read. These are also facts. So let's just get back to the point here. The company I work for uses M$ Teams (unfortunately), I am a Linux user and have no intention of using Botnet 10 or 11. There are a lot of companies that use M$ Teams (unfortunately), they depend on competent developers. Microsoft made claims that they support Linux on M$ Teams (probably just because Skype for Linux was a thing and just ported over). If you make those claims, you are expected to uphold those values.
Frankly, I don't care that M$ is segregating GNU/Linux out to a browser app vs its Apple MacOS or Windows counterparts. However, making users (developers, such as myself) jump through all these hoops is ridiculous.
Also, the "rich text" option is totally broken on this site. I rather just use the markdown option. Terrible.

You're telling us to leave "feedback" no one clearly reads lol After using Microsoft professionally as a dev for 25 years. I switched to Linux because your so terrible at rolling out a stable OS and updates. Windows 7 was your last greatest achievement.
