Cannot Login into my azure portal, mobile phone lost

I cannot login to Azure Portal, when logging into my azure account portal.azure.com. I keep getting asked for a code from a phone that i lost.
I don't have any alternatives to login, resetting the password leaves me at the same position, it keeps insisting on the phone code. Looking for your support. Regards Sachin
