Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I had a problem with macros in my word document I solved it. But that resulted in a new problem, my office 2019 degraded to office 2010.
I tried to update it as Office support recommended, but there was no response.
Does anybody know how I can go back to the 2019 version????

The important thing is how Office reverted back to 2010, which shouldn't happen. If you were running a trial version of Office 2019, and that trial is now expired, you will have to go back to your older version, or purchase a newer one.
If you have a license for Office 2019, you can reinstall that version and uninstall Office 2010.
Office 2010 and Office 2019 are different Microsoft Office products, the product key for Office 2010 could not be used to activate Office 2019.
To upgrade Office from Office 2010 to a newer version, such as Office 2019, you need to buy one.
So, did you buy the Office 2019?
1 If yes, which version of Office 2019 did you upgraded to? Such as Office 2019 Home & Business, Office 2019 Professional, Office 2019 Professional Plus.
To go back to Office 2019, it's recommended to install it, and activate it via your associated account or product key.
