Help Powerpoint Export from sharepoint

We currently have some users we have recently taken on and used dropbox for there powerpoint presentations. They have a main slide presentation and within that they have links to other presentations that can be opened.
When users used dropbox, they had a drive mapped to dropbox and exported the presentation to a local folder on the machine and it would copy all the presentations it needed and they would open.
We have now migrated all the users presentations to a sharepoint site and they can access everything online but when exporting the presentation to a folder from powerpoint none of the presentation slides (linked) are exporting and means the team are manually having to add the additional presentation slides needed.
I have been into sharepoint and tried to update the links in the presentation to see if that will resolve the issue but it doesn't seem to fix it so I am wondering if anyone else has had anything similar issue with powerpoint presentations in sharepoint when exporting.
Any questions or help you can suggest for this being resolved would be fantastic as they have a lot a presentations in this folder for training courses and interlink into each other.
Another thing i have thought about trying is mapping a drive like drop box was to see if this will resolve the issue?

As per my knowledge, it seems that there is no interface to do this in PowerPoint Presentation for the web/online. Apologize in advance if I misunderstand. Thanks for your cooperation.
