The whole Configuration blade goes blank when setting web/API apps' runtime stack to Java on the Portal

Upon setting a web/API app's runtime stack to Java on the Portal, the whole config blade goes blank. There is no CTA, no further configuration options. I was not able to get the configuration itself done on the portal (I did it afterwards via CLI).

See for yourself: https://gph.is/g/ajqd75p

I checked this on Safari and Chrome, with several web/API apps across different subscriptions and directories. The last time I used this feature was in July 2020, it worked without issues back then.
