Lifecycle Workflows - Schedule not running

I cannot get any Lifecycle Workflows to run via schedule. For example I created a Workflow to just send an onboarding reminder email to a pre-hire.

Execution conditions:

7 days before employeeHireDate

Scope = AccountEnabled eq "True"

So it should run against anyone with an employeehiredate in September for example. I have several users where the above conditions should be met but the Workflow doesn't run despite being scheduled to.

No users are appearing in the "Execution User Scope" either.

@DS8304 Thank you for reaching out to us, could you help me with the emplyeehiredate details from your tenant, you mentioned September in your query and execution conditions are set as 7 days before employeehiredate, can you set the employeehiredate somewhere close to 3rd or 4th july and verify if the flow is getting trigger or not.

What happens when you run the task on demand ? does it complete or do you see any errors.

@DS8304 I would suggest you open a support case for this, it will enable us to leverage some of our troubleshooting tools - I will also respond to the email you sent separately.
