MS Learn modules are categorized based on 3 levels of users - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

There are no max points as such.. I myself have gone through too many learning paths and points are still increasing

You can browse, filter the Modules here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/browse/

Normally, users can earn XP (Experience Points) on Microsoft Learn by completing modules, courses, and other learning activities. These XP are a way to track your progress and achievements on the platform.

The term "level" and "XP" indicate a user's current level and the amount of XP they have earned on Microsoft Learn. Because the platform is somewhat gamified, users typically advance through levels as they earn more XP by completing courses, quizzes, and other learning tasks. Each level may come with certain rewards or badges.

I believe there will be an update on the points rewards soon but presently each level is associated with a badge.

As per the Microsoft Learn frequently asked questions (FAQs), the amount of XP earned after completing a module, course, and unit, is set as a way to measure your achievements. As of now, no other uses have been announced related to the XP feature.
