How do I turn off hibernation on windows 10 teams 22h2 PC keeps turning back on then off on a Dell precision 7760 laptop

You can disable hibernation on Windows 10 by following these steps:

1. Open the Start menu and search for "Power Options".
2. Click on "Power Options" to open the Power Options window.
3. Click on "Choose what the power buttons do" on the left side of the window.
4. Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable".
5. Scroll down to "Shutdown settings" and uncheck the box next to "Turn on fast startup (recommended)".
6. Click on "Save changes".
