Skype for Business 2019 front end service is stuck in starting
Hello,
Recently I have been migrating Skype for Business 2015 to 2019. I have an enterprise environment so my front-end and back-end servers are totally separated. So, I configured my new front-end server 3 months ago but all of the users still getting the services from my back-end server because I haven't migrated any users to the new skype. For the last 1 month, I have been facing an issue. Front End service of my new SFB is stuck in starting mode. When I ran the install components from the deployment wizard it showed an error and the error is
Prerequisite Installation Failed: WinFabforWin2012
I tried to manually install it but it's not installing.
So, please suggest to me how to resolve it.
Note: We are using the custom port of the SQL server instead of using the default port 1433.
