I'm using mail merge to make an address block from scratch without attaching an excel sheet and I was wondering how to download the data source of my newly typed addresses as a pdf?

    You are using the build in Address list from Word?
    If so you saved an mdb file somewhere on your system right?
    Best way I can imagine to get this as a pdf is to open a empty workbook in Excel and in the data ribbon select "get data" then select from database and select the microsoft access database. Go to the file you created in word and open this. It will give you the query editor, select the table you created and select load. Now it will make a nice table in Excel. Then from excel you can save this tabel as a pdf file.
    I hope this will help you.

    @Anonymous ,

    > ··· the data source of my newly typed addresses ···

    << Did you choose Type a New List to create a new a data source? If so, the list was saved as a database (.mdb) file, and the keypoint is to find the .mdb file.

    As LeoVisser-2295 suggested, you may go to Excel > Data > Get Data > From Database > From Microsoft Access Database, import this list > Then you may edit the information as your needs > Click File > Save As, save the file as PDF format.
