AZ B2C User Flows not showing

To test PowerPages and B2C authentication I created a B2C in my tenant. Got everything set up and it worked fine. Came back the next day and the User Flows section was gone from the menu.

As a test I created a new B2C, associated it with current subscription. User Flows are now present. Stepped away for an hour and they are gone.

I have validated I have selected the B2C when looking in Entra.

Hi @Mac Edwards , Can you try the following and let me know anything helps?

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the Azure portal again.

Try accessing the User Flows section from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

Check your account permissions to ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the User Flows section. You can do this by going to Azure AD B2C > Access control (IAM) > Role assignments and checking if you have the necessary roles assigned.

If the issue persists, try creating a new B2C tenant and see if the User Flows section disappears again. If it does, then the issue may be related to your account or subscription.

Kindly help with a screenshot of your B2C tenant where the Userflow is missing from. I will be able to assist with more information. Please blur out all sensitive information.

I had the same problem. The issue was that I had not changed the directory (Settings -> Directories + subscriptions ). Once I did that, the User Flows option was activated.
