After windows update to 22h2, USB disconnect and reconnect within 1-2sec ramdomly on AMD x570 motherboard. How to fix it??

HI

important Note: my usb problem OCCURS ONLY on windows 10 pro version 22H2.
Hardware device working well on windows 10 pro 20H2 and linux mint 21.2.**

After windows 10 pro update to version 22h2 and USB driver update (around july), my mouse and external HDD dock disconnect and reconnect ramdomly.

Sometime, I have error code 0x80070079, 0X8007045D or HDD is at 100% time usage but 0 mb/s download during hour or USB HDD disappears on disk management.

Must of the time, only usb disconnect and reconnect within 2 sec many time in the row ramdomly.

It happen mostly during hour of gaming (doom ethernal) for the mouse or massive data transfert (more than 1tb) between sata hdd to USB HDD dock.

System:
Windows 10 pro 22h2
AMD ryzen 5700x
motherboard MSI mag x570s Tomahawk max wifi
memory corsair CMK32GX4M2D3600C18 (32gb)
geforce gtx 970
power supply corsair HX 750
AMD chipset driver 5.08.02.027

Bios E7D54AMS.170

Mouse: logitech MX400 P/N 831760-0000
HDD dock (sata to usb 3.0): Orico 6518US3

All driver and windows 10 up to date to lastest available and bios too.

All USB device test on old Intel system WITHOUT problems.

I already try:
-Isolation of usb device. (plug only the mouse in usb, keyboard use ps2 connector. Or only usb hdd plug in usb, mouse plug in PS2.

-turn off usb power saving
-force PCIe to gen 3 only

-Bios power saving off

-Other power supply.
-uninstall usb driver

-try all usb I have on motherboard

-New windows 10 installation

-read microsoft, msi, amd forum and try the "FIX"

Everything FAILED to fix the problem

The only thing that Fix the problem is installing LINUX MINT 21.2 cinnamon or OLD windows 10 pro version 20H2. By doing that, the computer work perfectly!

I don't think it is hardware failure because it work well with other OS or in other PC.
Windows don't want to going back to old driver... (I do not have the option available)
