Troubleshoot why SFB2019 Q&A doesn't work

Hi All,

We are faced with a problem when any presenter tries to start a Q&A session, then he and everyone else gets an endless “Loading..” message. Reproducible for everyone 100% on two different pools. There are no errors in the event logs on the front servers or client logs. Also there are no deny packets on FW side.

SfB 2019 server version is 7.0.2046.524.

Any ideas?
