how do i deploy add-inns on my microsoft word account so that it will allow me to download grammarly app?

I have a mac laptop and i am trying to download the Grammarly app on my Microsoft word account but it will not allow me, a pop up shows up and says "Microsoft has been configured prevent individual acquisition and execution of office store add-ins.
