My father's computer program is Wiindows Vista. My father passed away 1 week ago , my mother would like to use the computer , which I would for sure. Unfortunately when I turn it on it asked for administrator password. I have no idea , I have no disc anything . Is there anyway I can change the password recovery etc, or even reset the system, I would like to use the computer would you happen to have any idea how or what I can do.

Yes, you can clean install it by booting from the windows installation media, delete / recreate partition and follow the prompts to complete the install.
