We have been customers for many years and have bought some windows licenses recently.

We know that the support of windows server 2008R2 had been terminated, but it was because windows server 2008R2 got unstable, so we need to reinstall the OS again and got the same issue(DNS Management snap-in console stops responding when you edit the Name Servers tab in Windows Server 2008 R2) as above link.
