Fetch details of the users for consent process

Question

We have a application which creates tenants and subscriptions of Office 365 and Azure in MS Partner Center. After every three months we do a consent process to generate the new refresh token.

However, in the Partner Center portal, when we are checking the activity log, from the Partner Global Administrator login, we found that the username field is holding a value which is not of the global administrator's.

So, can somebody please let me know, where is this value coming from? Also, let me know if there is any way to fetch the details of the users under whose context the consents were done previously.

For details of users in Partner Center, you could check User Management in the url blow:

User management

Select specific user account, it will show the name of user like below:
