Promo codes for Education Store

I generated a promo code through "Attract" in PartnerCenter dashboard for someone considering a purchase through the Microsoft Store for Education. There was no ability for then to "redeem a coupon" on the purchase page for my app though there is one if they sign on through their personal account.

Are promo code redeemable when the user is using the Education Store for their institutional account? How?
