I am getting an error when I try to edit or create a new document with word app

angela@########.com this is the error I am receiving when I try to edit or create a new word document. Can someone please help restore my account ASAP?!?!?!?!?!

Please give a screenshot as below to tell the version of Word you are using.
File>Account>Product Information>About Word
Note: please cover your private information if there is.

Does this issue occur when using other Office applications?

Do you have other version of Office installed on your computer?
If yes, please uninstall it completely.

Then change the Normal template (Normal.dotm) to see if the issue still exists.

If it doesn’t work, try to repair Office online.

If you have any updates, please post back.
