@Edward Amoah Thanks for the question, By default, no audio is logged. If you turn on tracing the audio is stored in the region you are calling. The audio is only retrievable by the customer. Microsoft does not have access to the audio and thus does not use it. This is inline with Azure OST. if you custom Custom Text Translator, it stores data in USA and Europe (see https://aka.ms/TranslatorConfidentiality). Can you please add more details about the error that you are getting.
