To connect everyone’s Shifts calendars to your shared organizational Vacation calendar in Outlook, you can use below steps to follow:
- Open Power Automate and create a new flow.
- Add the “When a shift is created” trigger.
- Add the “Create event (V2)” action.
- In the “Create event (V2)” action, select the shared organizational Vacation calendar as the calendar to add the event to.
- Map the fields from the “When a shift is created” trigger to the corresponding fields in the “Create event (V2)” action.
- Save and test the flow.
Once the flow is set up, every time a shift is created in Shifts, an event will be added to the shared organizational Vacation calendar in Outlook.
Hope this helps.
