I was trying to create the healthbot service. During deployment it threw some error which is given: {"code":"ResourceDeploymentFailure","target":"/subscriptions/04193d0a-f7e5-4ddf-b937-204b3dc7a4d4/resourceGroups/FRTProj/providers/Microsoft.HealthBot/healthBots/chatbot","message":"The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."} I tried to find some solutions but they didn't work, Can you please help me with this

romungi-MSFT 46,831 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2024-01-25T08:45:31.0633333+00:00 @Ketaki Chavan Terminal state errors are mostly issues relating to related to subscription which might need additional investigation through logs of the deployment from the backend. I would recommend raising a support case to get this looked at in detail from the service team. Thanks!!
