Azure migrate - Enable Replication is throwing a failure

I have been trying to test out my migration from aws to azure, I am getting an error in the Server Replication portion:
Now I tried to set a vm replication policy as instructed in the documents but nothing changed.
Or should I be setting the replication policy on the aws side? I would greatly appreciate help with this Thanks.

- Error ID
110032
- Error Message Policy configuration couldn't be performed for the policy <policy name>.
- Provider error Provider error code: 31482 Provider error message: Attempt to verify access to storage account <storage account name> using SAS token obtained via secret 'AzureStorageAccountSasSecretName' from Key Vault <key vault name> failed with message: 'The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'. Provider error possible causes: The storage account does not exist, has not been setup correctly for being managed by Azure Key Vault or the SAS definition for it has insufficient permissions for Blob storage access. Provider error recommended action: Ensure storage account management via Azure Key Vault is setup correctly.
