    Hi tj_zero,

    You have to set the trigger to "at logon of any user" instead of "at logon of admin". Please note that you need to run Task Scheduler as administrator or the option “Any user” is greyed out.

    You see the error 2147942402 which means file not found because the command is manage-bde, not manage -bde. Please remove the space between "manage" and "-bde" then run the task again.
