AIP Scanner - HTTP connection failure Inner exception on substrate.office.com however checked with Network connectvitiy over 443 port is allowed

Question

I have installed the AIP scanner however when start AIP scan, the AIP scanner appear to error. Then i have tested to start-aipscannerDiagnostics, the following error showed. However, i have also tested with Telnet command to the substrate.office.com over 443 port which is allowed. Have anyone faced the same issue?

@Owen Je Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are facing issues with AIP Scanner, researched on this error 12029: A connection with the server could not be established.

Wanted to check if the urls mentioned in the network connectivity section in this doc - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/deploy-scanner-prereqs#windows-server-requirements are defined within your firewall.

Do you have any proxy in place, if yes review the steps mentioned here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/requirements#firewalls-and-network-infrastructure

Was this working before or new setup?
