Hi, I have deployed my bot using PowerShell through this document. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/provision-and-publish-a-bot?view=azure-bot-service-4.0&tabs=multitenant%2Cjavascript and I have done all the steps but now I am not able use the feature test in web chat, and I cannot see my logs because to see the logs we have to have the web app running.
I have integrated bot with Amazon Lex using echo bot, it's working on web app emulator but not in Test in Web Chat. Screeenshot

and I'm not able to start the web app service it shows some issue I have attached it below. Please help me regarding this error. I have a free trial subscription. Screenshot

@Admin BERRYWORKS VENTURES I am glad that post upgrading your subscription the webapp is able to start.

Here are some of the action plan which you can try to follow to isolate the below issue:

    User's image

Plan 1: If the bot doesn't work in Test web chat, then follow the steps mentioned here.

    Plan 2:
You can also test and debug with Bot Emulator.

    Plan 3:
The forbidden error you are encountering is related to Authentication. Ensure that you follow the steps mentioned here.

    Plan 4:
While testing in webchat or using directline, Collect HAR traces to identify the cause of this issue.

Plan 5: Please enable the App Insights and check for the cause of Forbidden error.**

    Hope this helps.
