Unable to gain access to my account

Question

When I login with my primary account I will get stuck in a loop and I will never be able to access my account and thus not being able to view my certifications.

To give you more information I will explain the loop that I get stuck into.

1. When visiting the Microsoft Learn page I will try to login.
2. When log in I get the question "You are signed in as". I click next.
3. Create your profile, so I fill in my Display name.
4. Stay up to date page -> I fill my email and country
5. You are all set page --> I have a button that I can click to go back to Learn.
6. When I click this button I will go back to step 2. When I refresh the page, i go back to step 2. It does not matter what I do but I will always go back to step 2.

After step 5 I will always go back to step 2 and I will not be able to view my profile, go the learn to do learning etc.

Does anyone can help me to solve this annoying loop so I can use Microsoft Learn again.
