This error massage seems to be related to server.
Are you using OneDrive for Business?
Does this issue both occure with desktop clients and OneDrive for web?
Besides, do people in the same organization as you have the same problem?
If so, do you have admin account to access Microsoft 365 admin center? Please go to the Service Health Dashboard, check whether there is any related report.
