Hi @ محمد الزعبي,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Do you have any anti-virus software or network group policy on your machine?
Please try the following:
- Ensure that your network connection is stable (try to change to use another network if possible, for testing).
- Change the WIFI network profile setting from public to private.
- Uncheck Synchronized Visual Studio settings across devices under Tools > Options > Environment > Accounts.
- Go to Tools > Options > Environment > General > uncheck “Automatically adjust visual experience based on client performance” and “Use hardware graphics acceleration if available”.
- Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Extensions > uncheck all “Automatically check for updates” settings.
- Disable or uninstall the installed extensions under Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed.
- You can create a new project and check if the issue occurs in specific project.
- You can install VS2022 and check if there is the same issue.
Sincerely,
Anna
