We have a print server and we have RDP host.

We are able to install the printers by accessing the shared path (print server) in the end user pcs and users

are able to give prints.

But we are unable to install the printers by accessing the shared path (print server) in the Remote desktop session hosts.

Able to ping the printer IP address from the remote session host.

Error: Windows cannot connect to the printer, access denied.

    Hello,

Since you can ping your remote host, it won't be a network issue.

From the Erro "Access denied", authentication maybe failed. You could check your credential (if you are a local admin, remote server cannot authenticate)

You can set access to everyone to double confirm if it is an authentication issue.
