I have reproduced this, and I couldn't find any issue on my end. I'm able to view the resources correctly.
It seems like there might be an issue with the connection between your Custom Vision account and your Azure account.
First, please make sure that you are signed in to Custom Vision portal with the same account that you used to sign in to the Azure portal.
If you are signed in with the correct account, you can try logging out of Custom Vision studio and logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
