how can i export my ms map locations for import to other map programs?

We live on the Olympic Peninsula. Internet is unavailable in the vast majority of the area.

I have lots of locations saved in MS Maps and it worked fine until off-line use was removed.

I need to migrate those locations to a different map program that supports offline maps.

    If you're referring to the Windows map application which supported offline use, there is currently no way to export the saved locations from the application.

    The same saved locations are also visible on Bing maps on the web, but there's no way to export them from the Bing website either.
