Error code CAA50021 when signing into applications
For weeks we've had an issue with users being signed out of Microsoft applications, and then when they go to sign back in, it will take at least 5 minutes to sign in. Once its finished loading, it will either start the cycle again, asking for the password and 2 factor, or it will present an error code CAA50021 and say "Something went wrong", but once you hit continue, it signs you into the application.
Has any one else experienced this, and do they have a fix? This seems to affect all users across the organisation, especially after password changes, and has a significant impact on productivity.
