FsLogix and New Teams for VDI

Question

Hello,

i release for some users new teams but i'm facing the following issue:

every 3/4 days, user is unable to launch new teams. When the user click on it, nothing happen. The only way to make it works is to register with powershell command new teams again.

My environment:
W10 21H2 LTSC
Citrix 1912 LTSR CU6
FSlogix HF3
New Teams version 24033.811.2738.2546

i've ODFC and Profile Container

I enabled "Include Teams" in the GPO
in the redirection.xml, i've nothing excluded related to new teams

Can you help me?

Hi @NickTab

For new Teams to be successfully installed, you need version 23306.3314.2555.9628 or higher. In addition, virtual machines must meet the minimum requirements listed here:
