No drivers detected while installing windows 10

Just a day ago I got blue screen of de*th error and when contacted the customer support she asked me to arrange a bootable pendrive and reinstall the windows as she said I did so but when I was installing it,it said that there were no drivers detected since the working hours of microsoft customer care were over I couldn't even reach them out for help. So I just searched on youtube how do I solve the issue but all of them are asking me to install Intel rapid drivers but I cannot do so because until and unless I install windows I cannot access my computer

    Hello,

    If your computer has a USB 2.0 port, try switching with this port.

    Or try downloading the latest SATA or AHCI driver from the manufacturer's website and copying it to another USB. Use the Media Creation Tool to download and create a Windows bootable USB:

    Insert the installation media, then plug in the USB with the driver when this error occurs again, click Load Driver or Browse, and then install the driver.
