PowerShell Modules for managing NetworkATC

The NetworkATC feature can only be installed on AzureStack HCI OS.

However, I need to build and configure clusters from my management workstation.

I can't find a location to get the NetworkATC Management PowerShell modules so I can use Add-NetIntent, etc from my management station.

Does anyone know where to get the modules?

I was able to locate the commandlets inside the NetworkATC module on an AzureStack node. I copied the module to my management station but it depended on a DLL. I got that DLL copied over but then it depends on various versions of Newtonsoft.Json.dll being located in DOZENS of different locations.

The NetworkATC management commandlets seem to be intimately bound up with the actual NetworkATC service. This is pretty inconvenient and it would be good to see NetworkATC Management tools as a module or feature we can install.

For now, the best solution is probably to use AzureStack OS as my management workstation. That's less than ideal to gain a single command.
