24H2 HLK Audio APO WHQL test error in Required Driver Attributes Test

The HKL version is: Windows HLK Insider Preview (Dev Channel) – Build 26085

The client OS: windows 11 insider preview (dev channel) - Build 26080(also failed in 26120)

Required Driver Attributes Test does not exist before 24H2 WHQL, this test seems to want to read attributes from ".sys" file, but unlike other drivers, APO does not have ".sys" file. Is there a way to pass this test?
