Thanks for your post. Before moving on, to narrow down this issue, can I know if it is a Standalone computer, or a domain joined computer? If it is a standalone computer, please go for the registry key that controls this option which is located in: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System. Check if the value of DisplayLastLogonInfo has set to 1. If so, please set the value to 0.

If it is a domain joined computer, please make sure all the servers have the following group policy disabled, include the DC.
