Block Download is not working when configured on Conditional Access

Hello everyone,

I tried to create conditional access policy with this scenario :

  • Block user to access office 365 except from browser, and block download any file while accessing office 365 apps on the web

I've configured CA policies like the pict below.

I configure on session and use Conditional Access App Control to Block Download.

is Block Download feature available and ready to use?

because the user still able to download file from office 365 apps (onedrive & sharepoint) even my user has Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps license.

(I've used custom policies to create session control, but office 365 apps not shown in control apps)
