Azure Server Migration Failure

Question

Could someone advise on what's the cause of this error/issue while doing VM migration from VMware to Azure and what could be done to fix it, we already tried the basic things suggested in the community sites including making sure there is no ASII characters in the password etc

• Error ID 180001
• Error Message The last replication cycle for the virtual machine '' failed. The operation VirtualDiskSnapshotOpen failed with the error 'Unknown error' [Unknown error]
• Possible causes To understand the cause of the replication cycle failure look at the list of events. To see the list of events from the Azure portal, navigate to the solution overview page of the server migration solution and select Events from the menu on the left of the page.For more information on error causes and troubleshooting refer to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2143208.
• Recommendation If the failure is due a transient event, it should resolve automatically in the next replication cycle. If you see continuous replication cycle failures for the virtual machine in the list of events, then resolve the errors indicated in the events.
