Yesterday, while practicing VM deployment, I created two VMs. One deployed successfully, but the other didn't appear at all. When attempting to connect to the VMs, I couldn't access one despite entering the correct password. Both VMs were running Windows. Following this, I encountered issues accessing any services. Although I can access the VM creation page, clicking on the option to create does nothing. Additionally, when trying to create a VNET, I received the following error.User's image

P.S.: I have checked my subscription, and Azure Subscription 1 shows that it is active with no reported problems.

Based on the error message you received when trying to create a VNET, it seems like there may be an issue with your Azure subscription. It's possible that your subscription has reached its resource limit or there may be an issue with your payment method. I would recommend checking your subscription status and ensuring that your payment method is up to date.

As for the issue with accessing your VMs, it's possible that there was an issue during deployment that caused one of the VMs to not be created properly. I would recommend checking the Azure portal to see if the VM is listed there. If it's not, you may need to redeploy the VM.

If you continue to experience issues, you can create a support request or ask for help on the Azure community support forums.

Based on the error message you have provided this might happen because of the internet fluctuations. Can you please check your internet connection and try to connect to VM.
