I can't access Azure OpenAI Studio.

I have been granted access to Azure OpenAI Service, but I can't get into Azure OpenAI Studio.

Can you share the error message in english language?

Do you have required permission to create the resource?

User needs to be a reader at the Subscription level and should have Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor on the resource level to work.

Your Azure account must have Microsoft.Authorization/roleAssignments/write permissions, such as Role Based Access Control Administrator, User Access Administrator, or Owner. If you don't have subscription-level permissions, you must be granted RBAC for an existing resource group and deploy to that existing group.

Your Azure account also needs Microsoft.Resources/deployments/write permissions on the subscription level.

Until recently, I had no connection issues and the models I created are currently working fine. However, since I don't have access to the studio right now, I can't modify or add to my models.

Shin, Seung Min Are you using the same subscription on which you got the OpenAI access?

Are you the owner of the subscription? You have mentioned that you don't have access now did the access removed?

I would suggest you check the level of access to the Azure OpenAI resource in the Azure Portal.

I was approved with the same subscription.

And I am confirmed to own all permissions as shown below.

Can an Azure system administrator please check this for me?

I am running into the same problem. I have the necessary rights to create a ressource and deploy models, but when I want to visit the Azure Open AI Studio to manage deployments I cannot access it for some reason, even though I created resources just a couple of days back.
