How do I recover Authenticator accounts if I don't have app backup?

I lost my old phone a while back, and i have Microsoft authenticator installed with several accounts linked to it. Unfortunately, i had no backup. How do i recover the Microsoft authenticator app and how do I recover Authenticator accounts if I don't have app backup?
