@Ram B , I completely understand your scenario, my apologies for the delayed response.

To better assist you, "Now I am unable to create them" - do you receive any specific error message? what is the exact error message you receive?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Azure free trial account. Based on your issue description, It sounds like you might have reached the limits or quotas of your free trial subscription. If you haven't done, kindly try these steps:

    1. Review the quotas :

You can check this to see if you’ve exhausted your quotas.

Free Trial subscriptions aren't eligible for limit or quota increases. If you have a Free Trial subscription, you may consider to upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

For more information, see Upgrade your Azure Free Trial subscription to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription and the Free Trial subscription FAQ : What happens once I use my $200 free credit or I’m at the end of 30 days?

If you are referring specific to App Service quotas : Apps that are hosted in App Service are subject to certain limits on the resources they can use. The limits are defined by the App Service plan that's associated with the app.

Checkout this doc section Understand quotas | Monitor apps in Azure App Service

    2.Request a quota increase:

If you’ve upgraded your subscription and still need more resources, you may open a customer support request at no charge to raise the limit or quota above the default limit.

You may always file a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team create an Azure support request. Select Billing/Subscription Management for the issue type.

    • Checkout this FAQ:  How do I submit a support request if I can't sign in to the Azure portal?
    • Call the customer service number for your country/region.
