We are attempting to utilize the Azure Trusted Signing service for the purpose of signing our MSI installers, and I seem to be receiving the same notification multiple times regarding additional documents. I have uploaded domain invoices to our Azure tenancy, yet I keep getting the notification in the screenshot below. I contacted Azure support, and they directed me here. Please advise.

Can you provide name of the organization you are trying to validate?

Hi @Meha-MSFT and @Givary-MSFT . I apologize for the delayed reply; it appears I do not receive email notifications from this thread, so I will check it more frequently. Our company is Max Minds, LLC dba Alleo. I had uploaded proof of our maxminds.com and withalleo.com domains, but the verification step seems to fail. Our Azure directory is labeled "Alleo Default Directory."
Please let me know how to proceed.
@Jim Gilchrist Is this the preferred Legal Entity to be on the cert or you prefer to have Max Minds or just Alleo on the cert? Please be sure to indicate the name of the entity that should be part of the cert when filling in the request.

@Meha-MSFT thanks for the reply. We prefer just "Alleo" to be named on the cert. Do we need to resubmit? If so, where should this be included in the form?
@Jim Gilchrist You can submit the request with Alleo as the organization name then. You will need to create a new Identity Validation request.
@Meha-MSFT , I can submit a new request, but is there a way to identify the reason why the previous request was denied? I want to make sure we solve any open problems when possible.
@Jim Gilchrist The Identity Validation team does not provide specific details about the failure. Hence, I was making recommendations from Trusted Signing's best practices - to use the Organization name of the Entity that the certificate will be issued to.
