Trusted signing identity validation requires additional documents

We are attempting to utilize the Azure Trusted Signing service for the purpose of signing our MSI installers, and I seem to be receiving the same notification multiple times regarding additional documents. I have uploaded domain invoices to our Azure tenancy, yet I keep getting the notification in the screenshot below. I contacted Azure support, and they directed me here. Please advise.

    Hi @Meha-MSFT and @Givary-MSFT . I apologize for the delayed reply; it appears I do not receive email notifications from this thread, so I will check it more frequently. Our company is Max Minds, LLC dba Alleo. I had uploaded proof of our maxminds.com and withalleo.com domains, but the verification step seems to fail. Our Azure directory is labeled "Alleo Default Directory."

    Please let me know how to proceed.

    @Jim Gilchrist You can submit the request with Alleo as the organization name then. You will need to create a new Identity Validation request.
